Hello everyone and welcome to! I am Jessica, owner and administrator of the site and a proud Alaskan girl. I strongly believe most common health problems are caused by or closely associated with micronutrient deficiencies. I have dreamed of sharing the information you will find here for years and I am so exicited to have the opportunity to do so. My Story

I have had health problems all my life but when I was younger they could just be written off as something common or not too serious. As I got older they got worse and an accident triggered a cascade effect which was almost debilitating. Doctor’s could not determine what was wrong with me. I got passed from doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist etc. and never got any good diagnosis. I did get some scary diagnosis however but they did not come with any good solutions or suggestion of what caused the problems in the first place. I 30 years old and adrift with pain, limited mobility, restricted activities, no cures and no reason why I had these problems in the first place. It was a scary and depressing place to be. I didn’t know how I would even keep a job and could barely sleep at night.

I started to get answers from wonderful Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine who discovered some of the root causes of my condition. They did tests for things Western Medicine doesn’t look for. I started to find solutions very slowly. I found solutions for lower back pain and night sweats and thyroid tumors. I found causes for my fatigue and lightheadedness and headaches.

I continued on this path and found more and more solutions for my problems and eventually pieced together the puzzle and finally figured out that most all of my problems were linked to micronutrient deficiencies. If I take certain vitamins and minerals my symptoms dissapear. If I stop taking them, they come back. Many conditions I have are linked to nutrient deficiency and I started finding connections all over. A cascade effect had occured with the micronutrient deficiencies causing more symptoms. The only way to unravel all the problems is to treat the root cause. Taking something to treat the symptom will never treat the cause. There is no substitute for vitamins and minerals. They are required for life! Every function in the body from beating of the heart to digesting food to releasing hormones requires minerals. Magnesium for example is used in hundreds of organ functions. The heart cannot beat without it. Without it, we die. Yet shockingly, modern doctors do not learn about vitamins and minerals in medical school. I have talked to several about this and they freely admit it. Magnesium will be leached out of our bones if there is not enough in the blood. Therefore, a simple blood test will not reveal a true deficiency but doctors and nurses are not trained to recognize this.

I Want to Help People Find Simple Solutions

I know how much I suffered and I have seen so many friends and family members suffer as well. I have helped many but know there are millions suffering with common health problems every day and want to do all I can to spread this information.

The Goal of

I talk to people about the importance of vitamins and minerals but I need to have a central location to reference all the different nutrient cures out there. I love helping people one on one, however a website is a much more efficient way to share information.

I am not a doctor and nothing on this site is medical advice. Find a good, open-minded doctor or a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and consult with them before you try any supplement.

    Thank you Jessica, most people ignore that prevention is better than cure. Also most health practitioners do not get involved in prevention because there’s no money to be made in prevention, but cure.

      That is exactly right! If prevention was the focus then people would not be so sick and there would not be so much money to made off desperate conditions. I will continue to share what I am learning here.

    Thank you for telling your story about why you have a desire to help people stop suffering from health problems. I’m very happy to hear that you have found a solution which have helped you eliminate/reduce your sufferings and that you are able to walk again – that’s a miracle! This will surely encourage many people to seek advice from you.

    I am myself deeply interested in how to stay healthy, how to cure diseases and illnesses. Without doubt vitamins and minerals are vital for life. It is indeed schocking to know that medical professionals still doesn’t learn about how important micronutritients are. It seems to me that they hardly have knowledge at all when it comes to the importance of nutrients in general. How good that there are people like you, who draw attention to the importance of the fact, that all what you eat or not eat effects your body somehow, in a bad or in a good way.

    I’m looking forward to read your blogs and learn more about how nutrient cures our body and mind.

      It baffles my mind how you can get a medical degree and not learn about the basic requirements for life and every organ function! I always felt intimidated to start this website since I was afraid some people would say “You aren’t a doctor. You don’t understand medicine and you should not act like you do”. Well that is true. As long as I make that clear I hope I will be ok though! I have spent years learning about these topics and I just want to share what I have learned. I see so many people suffering when they could have simple, affordable and easy solutions.

    I love your story! I too believe in natural medicine! I gave up pharms years back. I invite you to read my story~~~~it is contained in this article,

    I am going to spend some more time on reading some other articles, I am a dog person. I have a service dog who has been with me 24/7 for years, she’s great! Our furry friends deserve the same quality care that we give ourselves!

    I give my dog CBD oil the same as I take!

      If you are interested here is the link to my latest post on my other website. This is a line of supplements made for dogs and cats that are amazing! I use them every day and wouldn’t be without them. I especially recommend the supplement for keeping teeth clean as a great one for dogs. I only have cats now but I sure wish I had this supplement when we still had a dog team! Here is another review I wrote of this supplement.

    Hi Jessica, This reminds me a lot of me. I had a lot of issues many years ago and the doctors didn’t know what was wrong. I was eventually diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the only solution they could give me was this antidepressant that gave me really weird dreams, so I stopped taking it. We then looked for other options and ended up at a Naturopath and did live blood tests which found my blood cells weren’t round, they were deformed and I had way too much candida in my body. So I was put on a strict diet and have just been monitoring my diet ever since. I also cut out nearly all sugars which were the main thing making me tired.
    I also later got another test done called an Intolerant test and found out I was highly intolerant to dairy and eggs, so I’ve mostly gone vegan now. I’m even reading the book The Plant Paradox at the moment which is also interesting to learn about lectins.
    So glad that you’re sharing this information as most doctors around my family who have other issues, only know to give them pills to plug up the symptoms. I believe that just eating the right foods can help us to heal.
